ASP is a proprietary Auxanõ programme, developed by trainers who delivered Gallup certification training from 2022 to 2025. It is not delivered by Gallup, but builds on the CliftonStrengths® methodology, enhanced with an AI-supported approach.
Open-enrolment sessions are limited to a maximum of 12 participants to ensure a high-quality, hands-on learning experience. In-house sessions can be tailored for groups of 6 to 15 participants.
You will receive an Auxanõ Team professional certification demonstrating your proficiency in CliftonStrengths® and strengths-based coaching practices. The certification is recognised by our partner organisations and aligned with ICF standards.
No technical prerequisites are required. Previous management or HR experience is recommended. A CliftonStrengths® assessment will be completed before the programme and is included in the price.
